NMGC's Parents' Night Out events are designed for children ages 5 and up to enjoy supervised gymnastics play, lively group games, exciting obstacle courses, and social time with new friends.
Our Summer Camp at North Metro Gymnastics Center brings non-stop energy, skill-building, and fun to campers ages 5 -12, whether they're just starting out or already flipping into new skills.
NMGC's Open Gym sessions are designed for children of all skill levels to enjoy supervised gymnastics play, practice new skills, and have fun in a safe and engaging environment.
